IN A NUTSHELL

Shilpee and Dilip Desai are two working parents who have two sons. Growing up
their sons wanted to participate in swim team, tennis lessons, basketball camp,
little league, clarinet and tuba lessons.

The Desais were frustrated with carpools and felt they were running out of
favors from family and friends. They remember feeling guilty because they
couldn't be in two or three places at once. They wondered if other parents were
in the same predicament. Multiple school surveys revealed that other parents
were in a similar dilemma. This was the inspiration that led to the founding of
Kids-Kab service in 1994.

SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

Our drivers go through comprehensive drug testing.

Their driving record is checked via the Department of Motor Vehicles
prior to hiring them.

We check criminal background and sex offenders' database before
hiring a new employee.

We always check previous employers' references before hiring.

Additionally, our insurance company annually checks the DMV
records of every driver.

Since our own sons rode the Kids-Kab vans, safety was and still is the
foundation of our service.

Before we take off, the seat belt goes on. Safety matters!

Every child is always seated in an age and weight-appropriate car seat.

Children are never left unattended when they are under our care.

No cash ever exchanges hands with a Kids-Kab driver.

We treat every child the way we wanted our two sons to be treated.

We make every possible effort to meet the children as well as their
parents and any other receiving adult prior to the start of our service.
