A complete set of rules will be mailed to you upon confirmation of your registration. |
All rides must be prearranged and prepaid. All riders must be ready at the predetermined pick-up time. This ensures that all children reach on schedule. 48 hours notice is required for any changes in schedule. Please call (630) 493-9KID(543) for any change in schedule. Even though you may have provided us the school calendar, please inform Kids-Kab about any early dismissals, teachers' institute days etc. at least 48 hours before. Please inform Kids-Kab as soon as you find out your child will not need Kids-Kab services. In case of last minute schedule change due to sickness or emergency, please call the Kids-Kab emergency number which will be provided to you upon registration. Call (630) 493-9KID(543) for all billing questions. Please leave emergency line open for true emergencies. There is a $15 charge for payments not received before the 25th of the previous month. |
GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS |
Seat belts must be worn by all children at all times, and may only be removed after the van comes to a complete stop. Please instruct your child that the driver should not be distracted or interfered with while driving. Safety Matters!!! No fighting, arguing or physical contact with another child or the driver. Every child must obey the directions from the driver during pick-up, transport and drop-off. The driver may assign seats if necessary. No objects may be thrown from the vehicle or in the vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the van. Everyone must remain seated during transport. Be courteous. Profanity is prohibited. Passengers must not destroy van property or the property of others. Passengers must present the Kids-Kab ID card upon boarding. The ID card may not be used by anyone other than the person named on the card. Eating or drinking in the van is not allowed. We reserve the right to terminate your contract if the disruptive behavior continues. |
